Sarith Vaikuntan | Founder & CEO

Sarith Vaikuntan is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Adept Aviation, with more than four decades of experience across business aviation, aircraft maintenance, continuing airworthiness, MRO operations and customer support across the Asia-Pacific region.

Before founding Adept Aviation, Sarith held senior technical and leadership roles with some of the business aviation industry’s leading manufacturers, operators and service providers. He spent ten years with Bombardier, where he managed customer support across India, Southeast Asia and Oceania, supporting high-value clients and a wide range of business aircraft. Earlier in his career, he worked with Jet Aviation Singapore and spent 14 years as a Chief Engineer with the Dubai Central Air Force.

Sarith later joined Metrojet Engineering Clark as General Manager. During his tenure, he played a central role in developing and establishing the Clark facility as a major MRO operation in the region. He personally drove the development of the facility, its technical capabilities and operational framework, while overseeing regulatory, maintenance and commercial functions across a broad range of business aircraft.

Over the course of his career, Sarith has worked closely with aircraft owners, operators, manufacturers, maintenance organisations and regulators across Asia-Pacific. His expertise spans continuing airworthiness management, maintenance control, MRO development and management, regulatory approvals and aircraft technical management, as well as the operation and support of complex business aircraft.

Sarith holds an MBA in Aviation Management. Through Adept Aviation, he now brings that experience directly to aircraft owners and operators, providing senior-level technical and operational support designed to keep business aircraft compliant, airworthy and operational across multiple jurisdictions.
